    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals, user needs, and challenges.
    • Lead workshops and design thinking sessions to ideate and define service strategies.
    • Develop user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to guide the design process.
    • Create and iterate on service prototypes and concepts, considering both digital and physical touchpoints.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine designs.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including researchers, strategists, and developers, to bring concepts to life.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in service design.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Service Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
    • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience working in the banking and government sectors is a strong plus.
    • Proficiency in design software and prototyping tools.
