- Develop the tender documentation from inception to submission.
- Participate in site visits and understand the clients requirements making sure you are meeting them.
- Have a full understanding of the project. (Architectural, services and structual requirements)
- Attendance to all relevent meetings with the team and clients.
- Participate in prestart meetings once a project is secured to share the information.
- A great understanding of the commercial fitout industry and trade desciplines.
- The ability to work in a team with great communication skills.
- Great attention of detail.
- Be a competant copywriter and the ability to use relevent elements of Adobe Creative.
