    Role - Learning Mentor/ Behaviour Mentor

    Location – Marlow - Buckinghamshire

    Hours – Full or Part Time (8:30 – 15:30)

    Start - ASAP

    Pay - £ per day

    Working with children can be extremely rewarding. Being a teaching assistant is a great way to do so. We support a number of schools with finding quality staff that enjoying enriching the learning of children.

    Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students facing behavioural challenges?

    I am seeking a Behaviour Mentor, for a school in Marlow, where you'll be playing a crucial role in supporting and guiding primary school pupils with challenging behaviours, fostering an environment to support their academic and personal growth.


    Responsibilities:
    Supporting pupils individually to manage specific behavioural problems.
    Interventions to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
    Implement reinforcement techniques to encourage and celebrate improvements in behaviour.


    Qualifications / Experience:
    Previous experience within similar roles.
    Strong understanding of behavioural management.
