    Role overview You will be the first full time designer on the team reporting directly to the SVP of Product.

    You will be expected to wear a wide variety of hats (design and otherwise) If you consider yourself a design generalist who enjoys quickly learning new things then this role is for you Help lead and conduct generative and evaluative user research to inform our prioritization and design decisions.

    Create low fidelity concepts and wireframes to help us explore and rapidly iterate on potential solutions.
    Deliver high quality designs and specs to clearly communicate design requirements to the engineering team.
    Help create and maintain our design system and core components to maintain a consistent experience.
    You're a systems thinker who can help bring clarity to complex ideas
    You keep customer needs top of mind during your design and decision making process
    2+ years of experience in a UX or Product Design role, ideally working on a modern web app with an emphasis on responsive design
    ~ Technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks
    ~ Comfortable with analytics tools and basic data analysis
