Behaviour Support Assistant needed in High Wycombe
Supply Desk are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour support assistant you'll collaborate closely with fellow team members to carry out behavior intervention plans and offer direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
Execute behavior intervention plans under supervision
Offer direct support and aid to individuals with developmental disabilities
Gather data on target behaviors and monitor progress towards objectives
Aid in the creation of tailored treatment plans
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure intervention consistency and efficacy
Maintain regular communication with supervisors and colleagues, providing progress updates and addressing concerns
Foster a positive and supportive environment for individuals and their families
Support teachers, teaching assistants as well as parents/guardians with updates regarding the children's development

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, counseling, or a related field. Or experience with challenging behaviour (Unqualified with prior or similar experience, also welcome to apply)
Experience in behavioural analysis and intervention, preferably in an educational or social setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with a range of individuals, including students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Able to commute to High Wycombe
