    Role Description:

    • Lead and manage a project management team of 15-20 people, offering strategic direction, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Oversee a diverse portfolio of real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
    • Develop and implement project management strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize project performance and efficiency.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
    • Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance, identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions and value engineering opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant planning regulations, building codes, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
    • Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth and market expansion.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate, or a related field.
    • Relevant years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering real estate development projects.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, backed by prior experience in leading and mentoring a project management team of 15-20 people.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Strong knowledge of the Birmingham and Midlands real estate market, planning regulations, and building codes.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    Package:

    • £70K - £80K+ Benefits + Bonus
