Chief of Staff / Operations Director

A highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple priorities and manage complex projects.

Experience in one or more areas would be a plus:
data centre management, retreat/event planning, property development, AI start-ups, and incubation

What You Will Do:
Lead and manage all projects and people, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and values.
Build and manage internal and external teams to support various projects, scaling teams up and down as needed.
Oversee all projects within the company, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
Assist in developing strategies and vision for the company's growth and development.
Conduct research to support project initiatives.
Manage project timelines and budgets.
