    We are looking for a Labware LIMS configuration/development expert. The role requires the candidate to have development/configuration experience on Labware LIMS application.
    Responsibilities
    Understanding of Labware LIMS data Structure and the relations between the tables.
    Modify and develop new LIMS Basic routines.
    Configure visual workflows.
    Modifying query tags.
    Write and modify Oracle SQL queries (in LIMS Basic).
    Understanding business requirements and perform Global LIMS technical updates as needed.
    Install Labware LIMS modules.
    Maintain Labware LIMS in a multi-language environment (NLS)
    Support the LIMS advancement in alignment with upper management such as interfaces, ELN, calibration.
    Support in developing interfaces with other systems such as SAP PM, Empower, Reliance etc.
    Develop Crystal reports (not mandatory)
    Develop label designs.
    Create, install, and move configuration package.
    Execute IQ scripts.
    Support site Admins (SPOCs) in configuration of sites' static data and troubleshooting.
    Creation of analysis and complex calculations based on user requirements.
    Developing new roles & managing privileges available in the LIMS.
    Creating and management of background schedulers and jobs.
    Creation of new folders and data explorer queries.
    LabWare LIMS Business Support & Maintenance
    Perform code reviews.
    Support the Labware global roll-out as agreed with quality leadership.
    Partner with the functional areas, supporting the Global business process in the LIMS system.
    Contribute to the development of site SMEs and peers.
    Understand critical actions and challenges in LIMS and ensures these are adequately handled at the sites.
    Help to ensure inspection readiness for LIMS processes.
    Ensure that the validated status of global LIMS is maintained through the system's lifecycle.
    Primary contact for site Admins (SPOCs) in case of errors, problems, best practices, and requests for LIMS.
    Support and assist upper management to visualize their needs on KPI and dashboards from LIMS.
    Share and communicate LIMS knowledge.
    Review system issues and ensure they are escalated as appropriate.
    Contribute to the global LIMS SOPs and Training modules.
    Oversee the progress of change request, tickets, and projects.

    Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
    Experience in working closely with end-user at QC labs. Candidate with QC background/hands on experience is highly preferred.
    Knowledge of LIMS background architecture e.g., application layer, DB, web etc.
    Experience in writing Oracle/LIMS Basic SQL queries.
    Experience with Labware 7.0 and higher (Labware 6.0 can be considered)
    Experience with various Labware modules (Lot/stability/standard & reagent/batch/inventory/environmental monitoring).
    Understanding of LIMS database architecture (preferred).
    Hands-on experience with Crystal reports (good to have).
    Knowledge of how integration/interfaces work between LIMS and other system(s) e.g., SAP PM, LabX, Reliance, Empower etc.
    Experience working in large, multiyear projects in complex operating environments where consistent attention to details is critical.
    Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and highly collaborative.
    Excellent ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
    Self-starter person who gets the tasks done.
    Strong Quality Mindset and quality/compliance background.
    Sufficient manufacturing/laboratory background to understand business challenges.
    Fluency in English (Speaking and writing).


    Qualifications & Education:
    Bachelor's or Academic degree in an appropriate Scientific, Engineering, Quality or Compliance, or related areas of study.

    At least five (5) years of work experience and a demonstrated track record with configuration of Labware LIMS in a pharmaceutical, biologics and/or vaccine manufacturing environment or a similarly regulated field.

    Labware Admin certification or training.
