Data Analyst Business Coach - Remote & London - £43,000 - £50,000 plus bonus

A role has become available with one of the UK's fastest growing Providers of IT Skills Training.

They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a Data Analyst Coach (Apprenticeship Delivery) to mentor and coach apprentices who are studyingon the new apprenticeship standards.

You will be responsible for the development of apprentices through the Modern Apprenticeship Programme.

The data analytical knowledge you will require as a minimum are:

  • Introduction to Data Structures & the Analytics Cycle
  • Databases with SQL
  • Data visualisation with Tableau
  • Dashboards & ETL Pipelines with Power BI
  • Statistics, modelling & analytics with R
  • Data Architecture & Governance
  • Programming with Python
  • Big Data
  • Mongo DB

Your current experience and responsibilities will incorporate:

Expert knowledge of data analytics including:

  • Working within a Data Architecture environment
  • Data lifecycle, how to identify, collect and migrate data to/from a range of internal and external systems
  • Strong database skills including design, maintenance and running complex/crosstable queries
  • Data mining, time series forecasting and modelling techniques
  • Knowledge of SQL fundamentals
  • Business and technical testing, data quality checking and cleansing
  • Understanding of the principles of data architecture

Your current experience will incorporate:

  • Industry experience in a Data Analytics environment
  • Level 3 in Education or PGCE or CertEd or equivalent
  • Relevant qualifications and/or understanding of key areas in DA
  • Knowledge and experience of using either SQL, Python or R is essential
