Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well-established office based in East London who are on the hunt for an experienced commercial property negotiator who can cover the East London/North London & Essex areas.


Duties/Function of the role:


  • Engaging with new & past clients from our established database.
  • With the support of a backoffice network, book & conduct external rental appraisals & viewings.
  • Weekly/Monthly rental / sales targets.
  • Updating multiuser software database.

Requirements of the role:


  • Driving licence & use of a car.
  • Clear, personable and professional telephone manner.
  • Exceptional time keeping and attendance.
  • Selfmotivated with a cando attitude.
  • Motivated and Target driven.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary Budgets:
Basic £22,500-£30,000, £45,000-£50,000 OTE + Car Allowance
