- To deliver excellent housing management services that reduce the risk of tenancy failure.
- To manage a caseload on anti social behaviour/ tenancy breaches/ safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
- To promote service delivery that aims to resolve all cases efficiently
- To work with other agencies to increase the detection and prevention of tenancy fraud
- To instigate tenancy enforcement and court action where it is reasonable.
- The ability to analyse and interpret complex information
- Knowledge of tenancy legalisations and processes
- Previous experience in a similar role such as Tenancy advisor, tenancy officer, TSO etc
- Weekends off
- Experience in a reputable company
- Commutable location via public transport
