£Compass Associates are excited to be working with a growing Nursery Group who are looking for nursery manager to lead their service on the outskirts of High Wycombe. This is a full-time position, which does require flexibility across the week to meet the needs of the company. We are looking for candidates who are currently working as a nursery manager capacity, knowledge of Ofsted.

Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets.

Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.
