    About the Role - Electronics Inspection Engineer/ Graduate Electronics Inspection Engineer:

    As a Recruitment Specialist on behalf of our client, we present a compelling opportunity for an Electronics Inspection Specialist. Operating from our client's cutting-edge laboratory, the successful candidate will conduct inspections and analyses using advanced equipment, including 2D and 3D X-Ray machines, acoustic microscopes, functional test equipment, and optical microscopes. This role plays a vital part in maintaining customer relationships by conveying findings, suggesting solutions, and delivering exceptional service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed inspections and analyses of customer samples using specialized equipment.
    • Communicate findings to customers through various channels, including in-person meetings, formal reports, and video conferencing.
    • Maintain accurate job records, ensuring adherence to internal sample management procedures.
    • Handle sample bookings and processing with ESD precautions.
    • Purchase consumables as needed.

    Required experience;

    • Electronics industry experience, with familiarity in SMT and THT technologies and assembly techniques.
    • Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
    • Previous experience with X-Ray (desired)
    • Experience in writing formal reports and conveying technical concepts (desired)
    • Happy to commute to Bromsgrove
    • Must have full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship

    Would consider a recent electronics degree qualified graduate.

    Package:

    • £35,000-£40,000 (negotiable based on experience) Graduates (£28,000-£32,000)
