Join a family-owned dealership as a mechanic with a growing reputation as one of the leaders of premium new & used cars in Southeast of England.

They have a low staff turnover due to continuing progression opportunities and a clear pay increase structure.

The brand itself is high popular so you will have a varied day from diagnostics to hybrid & electrical work.


What you will receive:
Basic pay dependant on experience below but can be increased once completion of training.
Level - Not brand experienced £2- 28K + Bonus =£6,000 - £10,000
Level - Brand experienced/Servicing £2- 32k + Bonus = £6,000 - £10,000
Level - Brand experienced/Diagnostic £32- 36K plus Bonus = £6,000 - £10,000
Level - Master mechanic - £3- 40K + Bonus = £6,000 - £10,000
Saturday's and overtime paid as time and half.
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00am + 1 hour lunch break
1 in 4 Saturdays paid as time half over time = 8:00am to 1pm
25 days holiday + bank holiday
