    Drawing upon your expertise in the fintech space, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation process and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.


    Solution Design:

    Utilise your deep understanding of our SaaS platform and knowledge of financial industry best practices to design comprehensive solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.


    • Training and Enablement:

    Deliver training sessions and workshops to clients' teams, empowering them to effectively leverage our solution and maximise its value within their organisation.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field;

    • 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional role within the fintech industry, preferably in a customer-facing role in a SaaS software company.
    • Deep understanding of fintech concepts, products, and regulatory requirements, with experience working in banking, payments, or credit/debit cards.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software solutions to enterprise clients, from requirements gathering through implementation and support.
    • Proficiency in cloud-based technologies, APIs, databases, and integration frameworks.
    • Experience with MS Office, Confluence, Jira (including epics, stories, and sprints)
