    The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements for the supply of products and services from the ENVEA Cambridge site meet the high standards expected by the business, its customers, and wider stakeholders.


    Administer the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental system to ensure continued compliance with international standards including ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.


    • Plan schedule and undertake Quality, H&S, and Environmental Internal Audits.
    • Record and define actions following internal or external audits including entering, updating and follow up of all Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
    • Support investigations into Quality and Environmental non-conformances and Health and Safety incidents.
    • Provide support to the Supply Chain team in planning and conducting Supplier and Subcontractor Audits.
    • Act as a point of escalation for any identified non-conforming materials received into the business including support to Supply Chain, QC and Goods In in the management of rejects, re-work and inspection.
    • Write, develop, and update existing Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Systems of Work (SSW), including in support of the UK Field Service Manager for work conducted on customer sites.
    • Evaluate Risk Assessments and Method Statements of contractors working on site ensuring satisfactory controls in are in place before work on site begins.
    • Experience of Quality Control in a manufacturing business.
    Experience in assessing risk and implementing suitable controls in a manufacturing setting.
    The role is based at the company's office in Swavesey, Nr Cambridge. Occasional travel to customer sites or other company offices may be required.
