We're looking for a Design Advisor to join our Home Improvement Advisory team. Your main role will be to guide and inspire homeowners as they work on their building and improvement projects, focusing on bringing in more daylight and fresh air to their living spaces.
VELUX is on an exciting journey to enhance homes by incorporating daylight and fresh air designs into renovation and remodelling projects. As a Design Advisor you'll advise and guide our customers, both virtually and personally, on VELUX options and designs. You'll be their primary contact from the initial idea to the final installation.
Your Responsibilities:
At our office in Glenrothes you will become part of a new consumer services department and work within a team of highly innovative and skilled colleagues.
As a Design Advisor, you will act as personal advisor for our customers – mainly by phone, email and virtual consultations. Based on dialogue and materials provided by the customers, you will identify their expectations and needs, understand the project scope, and offer relevant design advice for the building project - thereby also driving sales.
