Senior HR Manager

• Luxury Fashion BrandContract 12 months fixed termFella & Jones is delighted to be partnered with this luxury fashion brand in the search for a Senior HR Manager to work across both Head Office and retail on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Global HR Director and company CEO, you will be an operationally sound HR professional with strong experience across the following:

Ensuring effective talent attraction & acquisition across all Head Office positions, including leading the talent review and succession planning process.

Partnering with senior stakeholders to advise and support with the annual performance appraisal and compensation review processes.

Advising and supporting line managers on all HR-related matters, including employment law and employee-related issues, while ensuring a great employee experience.

Planning, developing, and delivering effective training courses.
Planning and implementing initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communications.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified with extensive HR experience, preferably gained within a fast-paced commercial environment.

You will have extensive recruitment and employee relations experience and ideally, previous line management experience.
