We're looking for a People Partner who will partner with GMs and Head of Departments.


You'll be working alongside the People Manager, People Operations team and the wider People team to deliver the People Agenda through regular discussion and engagement with your clubs, sharing insights and spotting trends and opportunities which will help shape future people team goals.

This is a true generalist role incorporating all aspects of HR, including:

Onboarding and Re-boarding

  • You'll champion a smooth and effective onboarding experience for all new starters, supporting with probation review processes to ensure all clubs complete to a high quality and timely manner
  • You'll deliver people induction monthly to new starters and ensuring they are wellinformed of the business and needtoknow information.

Data and Insights

  • You'll provide accurate People data and insights to General Managers, analysing and reporting trends to drive people action plans in line with club people targets
  • You'll collaborate with your General Managers to champion improving engagement in clubs, using insights from engagement survey and team feedback, to inform and drive People strategy.

Talent, Learning & Development

  • You'll champion a culture of ongoing feedback and development, including annual Feedback and Goal Setting, ensuring all aspirations align with succession plan.
  • You'll support in succession planning for clubs, updating the plan where necessary and provide support for development requirements

Employee Relations

  • You'll provide trusted advice across the employee life cycle for all stakeholders, within club such as employee relations, onboarding, benefits and recognition.
  • You're responsible for the delivery of Employee Relations training and upskilling as needed
  • You'll provide endtoend Employee Relations case management support in compliance with legislation, promoting selfservice and anticipating issues before they arise where possible

People Team Support

  • You will collaborate with the People Manager and People Partner to support on projects where necessary and identify trends across clubs
  • You'll be a true DEI advocate, championing an inclusive environment and having the courage to highlight areas where this is challenged and drive actions to address, within club or escalate if wider item.

About You


We're looking for an experienced HR generalist with experience engaging with and developing the competency of a diverse group of people.

You'll need to have and be able to demonstrate your experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven, customer focused environment as well as your ability to provide quality HR support.

More specifically you'll have:


  • Experience in dealing with employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievances and appeals;
  • Experience in the development and management of key HR processes in line with best practices;
  • Strong knowledge of Employment law, with the ability to interpret and advise on new legislation;
  • Ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders to gain trust and respect;
  • Ability to analyse and interpret employee data, drawing insights to support stakeholders
