Description

Recognized as a top firm in Legal 500 and Chambers Partners, is seeking to bring in a seasoned practitioner who has focused specifically on Asbestos related claims for the majority of their career or, who has proven expertise in other Industrial Diseases (excluding deafness and VWF claims).

Requirements:

Demonstrated technical excellence in asbestos/mesothelioma or other industrial disease practice areas
Previous experience with a reputable firm specializing in industrial disease
Qualified as a solicitor or FILEX, or equivalent professional qualification
Extensive case handling experience, ideally at a senior associate level
Strong network within the asbestos or industrial disease community
Established connections with medical and other professionals for case referrals
Proven track record of generating new cases

Salary:
From £40,000.00 per year
