About the Role
The property management coordinator role is very fast-paced. You are required to be organised, driven, and committed.

You should be able to react quickly and prioritise workload, which will change throughout the day, whilst ensuring that you are providingoutstanding customer service at all times.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain customer files, keeping details up to date on our bespoke software
  • Complete client onboarding upon joining our specialist rental assurance scheme
  • Tenancy management and auditing
  • Rent scheduling
  • Be the primary contact for all client queries
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high level of customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of local agents
  • Produce monthly reports to assist with key decisions
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Maintaining knowledge of the progress of developments
  • Maintain confidentiality of organisational information
  • Working closely with the Accounts Assistant, with invoicing and auditing

Accountable For:


  • Onboarding new clients onto the rental assurance scheme
  • Issuing clients with underleases via DocuSign, ensuring that they are signed by all parties and returned
  • Ensuring that furniture packs are paid for in a timely manner by the client and ordered accordingly
  • Uploading new tenant information onto Arthur, including personal details and payment schedule
  • Liaising with UrPad regarding tenants, availability of apartments etc
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that any queries are dealt with efficiently
  • Weekly reporting with the Operations Director
