A well-regarded primary school is seeking a highly qualified and experienced High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a Level 4 qualification to join our dedicated team.
High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tailored learning activities and interventions that meet the needs of individual students, including those with special educational needs.
Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other educational professionals to support the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Inclusive Education:
Promote an inclusive environment that respects and values the diversity of all students.
Ensure that all students have equal access to learning opportunities and are supported to achieve their full potential.
Utilize specialized teaching techniques and resources to support students with specific needs, including Autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.
Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in education and SEN support.
Contribute to the school's continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Qualifications and Skills:
Level 4 Qualification as a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or equivalent.
Experience working with primary school children, including those with special educational needs.
