    An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Ayr, South Ayrshire.

    This hospital provides acute adult mental health services within a low Secure Service, for patients with personality disorders.

    As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers The RMN will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills when liaising with members of the multi-disciplinary team, external agencies and organisations, patients and relatives.

    The RMN should also have a good working knowledge of the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007. Provide a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
    Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
    At a more senior level, you'll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team
    A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
    A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
    A competitive salary - The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary starting from £31,900per annum depending on your years of experience
