An exciting opportunity has arisen for an on-site Resourcer role based in the Beeston area on the Boots site in the recruitment office

The role is to support with the on-site operation at Boots

As a On-site Recruitment Resourcer your duties will include:

  • Obtaining new starter information
  • Organising inductions of new employees
  • Reporting directly to the Contract Manager
An ideal Recruitment Resourcer will hold the following skills:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and happy to spend a lot of time on the phone
  • Customer service skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent IT skills (inc. Microsoft Excel & Word)
The role is within a small friendly team with opportunity to progress into other roles within the business.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday hours to be discussed as can vary throughout the year
