- Complete all first level diagnostics for raised maintenance issues.
- Schedule all planned and reactive maintenance.
- Outsourcing external contractors and assigning major tasks to third party contractors that the company cannot complete.
- Manage external approved contractors list - Produce reports on SLAs and expenditure.
- Responsible for building compliance - i.e. Fire Risk Assessments, Gas and Electrical Certificates
- Schedule all activities relating to the taking on and handing back of a building and feeding back to the other departments.
- Schedule, oversee and manage all property inspections.
- Liaise with Internal Teams on all matters relating to building's condition.

- Manage all aspects of company's assets and inventory including tools, materials, and pool cars/vans.
- Examine records, reports, and documents to establish facts and detect discrepancies between inspections.
- Monitor logged tasks to ensure completion within agreed service level and provide monthly activity reports.
- Actively promote a safe working culture and compliance with all relevant Health and Safety and other statutory requirements
- Manage the data inputting of all required information into SalesForce ensuring the information is correct and follow the correct company procedures.
- To undertake any other reasonable request as required by the Company to facilitate the business needs in other regional offices.
