An Exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading facilities Management companies based in the UK.

Role Responsibilities:

conducting modifications and installations when required
maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation plants to optimise both reliability and maintainability.

provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and consult with contractors or external suppliers where required.

Conducting PPM and Reactive Maintenance within the SLA.
complete any required paperwork and produce reports accurately and on a timely basis.

The Ideal Candidate:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship,
18th Edition and have good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
Able to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act

Ability to read and understand technical drawings, have good problem-solving and decision-making skills, and be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
