    Job Description (entry):

    As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base through face-to-face interactions. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients to maximize sales potential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively engage with clients and customers on a face-to-face basis to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine how our products/services can meet the client's requirements and add value to their business.
    • Present our products/services in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
    • Flexibility to travel to client locations and attend meetings as required.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
