    We've got an incredible opportunity for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team.

    This role is hybrid, being mainly remote but with regular meet-ups as required with the VP of Sales, so you'll need to be based in Woking or the surrounding areas.

    You'll need your own pc/laptop and headset, but we'll provide all the necessary software.

    Working hours will be on US time, so it's essential you can work between 1 pm - 9 pm, Monday - Friday.

    £30 - £35kYour missionAs the Sales Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for calendar scheduling, email communications, CRM management, and providing administrative support as needed

    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage the sales team' calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM systemManage email correspondence on behalf of the sales teamTake detailed meeting minutes and distribute them accordinglyBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retentionCoordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferencesConduct research and compile reports as requested by the sales teamCollaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless operations‌Our ideal Executive Assistant would have:Experience in managing CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive (or similar)Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
