I n this role, you will play a crucial role in managing the contract drafting administration and workflow process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements across a range of senior stakeholders.

Responsible for the overall contract administration process, including managing contract change notes and maintaining contractual governance.
Liaise with areas of the business affecting contract changes and ensure awareness of legislation impacting existing contracts.
Support with the administration of communication with external legal representation when required.
Facilitate regular contract and commercial review updates, presenting pending CCN positions, changes in law, and commercial impacts.
Law degree, in business or commercial
Good understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle.
Hybrid working 1-2 days in the office
