**Open Ended Contract - Permanent: Full Time - 35 Hours per Week
**We are looking for an administrator to support the work of the Student Services team within Teaching Operations in the Business School. You will work closely with the Student Advisers and Teaching Administrators to deliver high quality professional administration and support.

You will act as a point of contact for students (including Undergraduate students studying abroad and non-graduating visiting students) and staff, responding to queries and signposting to other staff and services within UEBS and the wider University.


The Opportunity:

As Student Services Administrator, you will work closely with the Student Advisers and Teaching Administrators.

You will act as a point of contact for students (including Undergraduate students studying abroad and non-graduating visiting students) and staff, responding to queries and signposting to other staff and services within UEBS and the wider University.


Under the direction of the Student Services Manager and working in partnership with the Study Aboard Academic Coordinators, Programme Leads, Student Advisers and senior professional services colleagues, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the School's processes for advising and supporting students, with a particular focus on administration related to Study Abroad.

  • Professional approach, with high-level customer service standards, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, aligned with a friendly, helpful manner, and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Resilience and enthusiasm to sustain a high level of performance when working to deadlines, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills, with the proven ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively to ensure required deadlines are met.
  • Proactivity and resourcefulness, with the ability to use initiative to seeking out and investigating information.
  • Digital literacy and good IT skills.
