- Extensive enterprise experience in the financial services industry
- The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, focused on quality, and possess strong skills in problem-solving, leadership, research, business case composition & writing, design and implement process, attention to detail, and decision-making
- Responsible for day-to-day management of projects scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources
- Project Management qualification (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Cloud Solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, EMS)
- Advise the sales team about the requirements to deliver proposed client projects including, likely elapsed time of the projects, input needed from the client, risks, likely scheduling
- Ensure that all projects are well planned, considering reasonable timescales to complete the work, contingency, risk planning, resource availability and client expectations
- Set clear project expectations and deliverables with the client to ensure a common understanding of the scope and metrics of the project as a baseline in accordance with the commercial agreement
- Undertake technical implementation activities, either stand-alone for small projects, or as part of a team for larger projects, either on client sites or remotely from our office
- Act as the main point of contact with clients on designated projects and provide regular progress reports
- Following project completion, ensure that all project work is carefully and fully documented and formally handed over to the client and Service Desk
- Manage all changes and exceptions from a logistical point of view, providing input into the Account Manager regarding commercials
- Keep accurate records of time worked on projects in the time recording system
- Background in Microsoft Cloud Solutions, e.g., Azure IaaS (compute, storage, networking), Microsoft 365, EMS.
- Good understanding of PowerShell, particularly for Azure and Microsoft 365 management
- File and folder security management, including SharePoint migration and permissions
- Practical knowledge of Conditional Access and SSO application configuration
