Location: HMP Albany (IOW), 55 Parkhurst Rd, Newport, PO30 5RS

Salary: £33,268.27 per annum

Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday, permanent.

We are seeking an ambitious Electrician with Level 2 qualifications to join our team at a HMP Albany IOW, a category B, adult male prison.

As an Electrician (Level 2) you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for an Electrician with:

NVQ level 2 in an Electrotechnical services or equivalent
Good Health & Safety knowledge
Experience undertaking electrical maintenance tasks
Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
