As a Service Advisor in the aftermarket team, you will support the Service Manager in organising staffing and workflow, ensuring exceptional customer service standards

Duties:

Provide prompt customer service in person and over the phoneOrganise and prioritise work to achieve targets efficientlyMaintain high standards and collaborate effectively with colleaguesEnsure customer satisfaction through timely responses and service excellenceRequirements:Previously worked as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
