    Office Manager

    Slaithwaite

    My client is recruiting for an office manager to join their small friendly office to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, handling a range of administrative tasks.

    The ideal candidate will have an administrative background with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and outlook. You must also have excellent customer service and organisational skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle customer orders from start to finish
    • Manage customer loans and returns
    • Manage customer consignment stock
    • Maintain product traceability spreadsheets
    • Liaise with customers as necessary
    • Create invoices and manage late payers.
    • Prepare weekly shipped product overview
    • Weekly stock take reports
    • Goods in inspection from suppliers
    • Input to forecast future product requirements
    • Prepare purchase orders
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies
    • Maintain filing system and general document management
    • Maintain IT back-up system
    • Update KPI database as necessary
    • Update website as necessary
    • Other administrative tasks as required
