Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their finance team as an Administrator.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall efficiency of their finance operations.


Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


Invoice Processing:

  • Manage the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.

Expense Management:

  • Assist in the tracking and processing of employee expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company expense policies.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain organized and uptodate financial records.
  • Archive and retrieve financial documents as needed.

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required.
  • Provide support in gathering financial data for analysis.

Vendor Communication:

  • Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
  • Foster positive relationships with key vendors.

Ad Hoc Financial Tasks:

  • Support finance team with various ad hoc tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
