Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their finance team as an Administrator.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall efficiency of their finance operations.
Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing:
- Manage the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
Expense Management:
- Assist in the tracking and processing of employee expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company expense policies.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized and uptodate financial records.
- Archive and retrieve financial documents as needed.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required.
- Provide support in gathering financial data for analysis.
Vendor Communication:
- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Foster positive relationships with key vendors.
Ad Hoc Financial Tasks:
- Support finance team with various ad hoc tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
