    PURPOSE

    Our Email and SMS Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating targeted communication efforts through email and text messaging. You are responsible for devising strategies, crafting compelling content, and ensuring seamless execution; you'll drive engagement and conversion rates while closely monitoring campaign performance. By leveraging audience segmentation, compliance protocols, and data-driven insights, you are expected to optimise campaign effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the attainment of broader marketing objectives.

    YOUR TASKS

    Develop and execute integrated email and SMS marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

    Create compelling and engaging email and SMS content, including promotional campaigns, transactional messages, and automated workflows, that resonate with target audiences.

    Manage all aspects of email and SMS campaign execution, alongside Sales Director, including campaign planning, segmentation, scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.

    Monitor and analyse email and SMS campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights.

    Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to optimise email and SMS content, subject lines, CTAs, and other elements for maximum effectiveness.

    Manage the company's loyalty program, including developing and implementing strategies to drive program enrollment, engagement, and retention.

    Segment email and SMS lists based on customer demographics, behaviour, preferences, and engagement data to deliver personalised and targeted communications.

    Create and manage automated email and SMS flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive conversions.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and data analytics, to align email and SMS marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.

    Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email and SMS marketing and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.

    Ensure compliance with email and SMS marketing regulations, such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR, and uphold best practices for deliverability and sender reputation.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

    - 3.5 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns.

    Proficiency in marketing platforms including Klaviyo & SMSBump marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse campaign performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to improve results.

    Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

    Experience with HTML/CSS and email template design is a plus.

    Knowledge of email and SMS deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations.

    Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
