- Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite.
- Experience working with Active Directory, Entra AD, M365, MDM Support (Intune)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Relevant IT certifications would be desirable (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) preferred but not required.
