Warehouse supervisor (FMCG)


Our Client in the Sligo area have a requirement for a Warehouse supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Salary = around €40,000


The Role:
Shift 7am -7pm

  • Week 1 Wednesday, Thursday
  • Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and on Sunday (10am 4pm)

Key Responsibilities:
Operations

  • Day to day effective management of the team.
  • Drive safe and efficient warehouse practices that meets our quality standards.
  • Ensuring GMP/Housekeeping are at a high level within the area through the involvement of all team members.
  • Monitor, deliver and report against site metrics and KPI'S.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments on site and our logistic contractors.
  • Carry out essential administration duties, Quality and safety documentation, holiday planning, staff training, staff appraisals.

The Person:

  • Excellent communication and team leading skills
  • Ability to delegate
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and own with minimum supervision.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to SOP's.
  • A flexible approach regarding hours of work is essential.
