JOB SUMMARY
Supporting the Management & Development team to develop and facilitate the effective use
of the organisation's IT services to ensure business needs are optimised. Proactively works to improve, configure and

KEY WORK OUTPUTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support all IT Application Services within agreed SLAs.
Manage interactions with the service owners to enhance the service provision, through the delivery of
enhancements, bug fixes and upgrades, which is in line with bank policy.
Provide functional analysis, documentation and configuration of the Temenos T24 Core Banking Platform
Work with bank management team and the IT management team to introduce, where merited new

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience of configuring within T24
Experience and knowledge of Banking IT, specifically around Payments, SWIFT & Sanctions Monitoring
Experience of software development lifecycle
Hands-on technical knowledge in the Microsoft development toolset
Understanding & working with IBM WebSphere useful
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, able to demonstrate true technical understanding
