    Description

    Quantity Surveyor - Glazing

    Circa 60k+ dependent on experience

    Permanent - Full Time

    Based in Kent/London/South East

    We're partnering with a respected Glazing & Construction Company in the search for an experienced QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join their growing team. The company's expansion is a result of ongoing success with projects in Kent/London & the South East. This is a great opportunity to become part of a thriving company offering long-term career growth to the right candidate.

    Key requirements for the role:

    • Ideally, background knowledge of the glazing/faade industry
    • Basic Construction industry understanding
    • Proficient in Excel and standard Microsoft Office programs
    • Able to create and manage project applications, CSA's, cashflow forecasts
    • Familiarity with formal sub-contracts like JCT, Major works etc
    • Office located in Kent 5 days a week preferred
    • Methodical work approach, organizing projects accurately and efficiently
    • Strong IT skills essential
    • Full, clean driving license and own transport required
    • Highly organized with effective time management abilities
    • Capable of working independently and using initiative
    • Skilled in prioritizing tasks effectively
