    The Strategic Marketing Director will support the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs for our pharmaceutical customers across Europe and support pursuit strategy, messaging, and creative execution for opportunities in the sales cycle, including Bid Defense Meetings. They will work closely with commercial leaders to design and deliver tailored marketing experiences to add value to our customers with timely and relevant thought leadership, delivered through nurture programs, to strengthen Parexel's right-to-win and, ultimately, support the growth of long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.

    If successful, you will be tasked with;

    Sales Enablement

  • Build a pursuit strategy in partnership with the commercial leader
  • Support pursuits and active opportunities in the sales cycle, with messaging, creative marketing, and customer experience
  • Support planning and prep for Bid Pursuit Meetings ABM Strategy
  • Acting as a strategic marketing partner to global account teams, drawing upon a broad marketing skill-set, to translate business strategies into actionable marketing plans.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies in conjunction with commercial teams to reach key decision-makers at each customer journey stage, utilizing our full tech stack.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each buyer, and decision maker through customer, profiling, and persona development.
  • Identify customer needs and trends to inform the team and internal stakeholders of areas of focus for Parexel. Execution of Targeted Omnichannel Programs
  • Deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content (thought leadership) at the right time.
  • Designing customer-centric omnichannel marketing programs designed to develop customer relationships, change perceptions, and build a pipeline to help drive long-term account growth.
  • Coordinate ABM activities and strategies with colleagues in events, marketing operations, design, digital marketing, and brand marketing.
  • Work with the digital team to align the digital strategy and funnel with ABM streams.
  • Develop ad copy, messaging, and emails to attract and engage target accounts. We would like you to have;Technologies:

  • Leveraging data to inform marketing strategy, evaluate marketing activities' impact, and influence future ABM programs' focus and direction.
  • Managing multiple customer-specific campaigns simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge and Experience:
  • Experience in the CRO industry.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven business / commercial acumen, with relevant industry expertise.
  • Understanding of the biopharma industry advantageous. Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required. #LI-REMOTE
