As the Head of Teaching, Learning & Assessment, you will provide visionary leadership to champion and nurture best practices across our provision.
You will monitor and evaluate the quality of provision, implement new programmes and ensure your team is diving for outstanding quality results and adhering to all relevant frameworks.
You will serve as the lead contact for external quality assurance processes.You will oversee the delivery of programmes to the highest standards, including apprenticeship and non-apprenticeship schemes and you will champion excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment, driving continual improvement.
This role will be operating as part of the Senior Management Team and will directly and indirectly manage staff.
You will have significant experience in teaching, learning, and assessment within further education and proven leadership skills with a focus on operational and quality delivery and driving change.
You will have a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and external frameworks.Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent and you are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
