Marketing Consultant

Up to £32,000

Delighted to be supporting my well established and profitable client who specialise in the manufacturing of washing systems for the engineering industry.

Their equipment is used to clean precision components for customers in the automotive, aerospace andfluid power sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual looking to forward their career within marketing

  • Develop Marketing, Advertising and Exhibition Plans
  • Develop target lists from directories, websites, social media etc.
  • Maintain and enhance web and social media presence
  • Manage and develop a series of effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Producing SEO analysis and Google Analytics reports.
  • Conduct regular customer and competitor research
  • Manage the printing and distribution of marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers, enewsletters, surveys and sales materials
  • Manage relationships with designers, printers and PR agency as well as magazines (booking adverts, providing purchase orders and artwork)
  • Manage events (booking of stand, getting quotes for stand design and building, booking utilities, booking machine transport, liaising with event organisers )
  • Evaluate effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, monitoring results and feeding back results at quarterly Sales & Marketing Meetings

Skills & Experience:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a broad marketing role, or a range of marketing roles covering the above activities
  • Marketing degree or CIM qualified preferred
  • Good written English and copy writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised able plan and budget
  • Multitasking can cope with multiple simultaneous projects/tasks
  • Flexible, with a positive 'cando' attitude
  • An ability to learn quickly and work independently when needed
  • Knowledge of the engineering / automotive / aerospace sectors an advantage
