Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Decorator to join our team.

As a Decorator, you will be responsible for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various spaces through painting, design, and decorative elements.

Your attention to detail and artistic vision will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning environments.

Responsibilities:

Drive to various locations to perform decorating tasks
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and filling holes
Create and implement design concepts based on client preferences and specifications
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations
Select appropriate materials, colors, and textures for each project
Ensure that all work is completed within the established timeline
Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for decorating purposes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Decorator or similar role
Proficient in painting techniques and color mixing
Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license
