AI Connect are excited to be partnering with a leading insurance provider who are utilising Analytics, Data Science and MLOps to drive business decisions and improve service offering for their customers.

We are looking to speak with Data Scientists who will lead on and create innovative data assets and models that allow the client to further grow their market leading initiatives and products.

These opportunities are within a collaborative team of Actuaries and Data Scientists, advocating for the adoption of the latest machine learning (ML) techniques to generate valuable insights from extensive customer data sets.

• Create cutting-edge models to forecast claim outcomes, detect fraud, and assess other key risk performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools to aid in managing their risk portfolio effectively and efficiently.
• Discover, analyze, and capitalize on new data sources for commercial purposes, leveraging them to enhance risk management strategies and insights.

Key Qualifications:

• Track record of delivering commercial value.
• Hands-on experience using Python and ML libraries to build data science/machine learning products in a commercial environment.
• You will need a solid base skill set using structured query languages (SQL).
• Keen interest in emerging ML techniques and their commercial value.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams (Data Engineers, Actuaries and Pricing Analysts).
• Experience in actuarial or insurance is essential.
