Service Coordinator - up to £24,000 - Bristol - 3 month contract
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an In-House Service Coordinator to join a global supplier.

You will take responsibility for co-ordination of customer & internal requests for in-house engineering services.


What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Timely and proficient response to incoming communication, demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
  • Creating Service Reports as required on system
  • Invoicing and billing of field service products
  • Using SAP
  • Liaising and confirming with customers appointments for engineers to attend site
  • Updating engineers diaries and Field Service Management system with appointments /amendments.
  • Booking in of parts and allocation of stock to engineers as required and allocated for scheduling.
  • Preparing carrier labels for dispatch of items and equipment could include some re
- packing of boxes.

  • Liaising with Spares Team regarding updates on quotes, delivery dates etc & advising customers.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Confidence when speaking to customers both over the phone and on video calls
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Efficient administration skills with the ability to maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.
