Salary:
£54,739+ dependent of skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Risk and Opportunities Management Plan and the associated processes, whilst monitoring its adherence, identifying conflicts and issues, and resolving where possible
- Ensure that risk management is taking place across all areas of the business
- Drive standardisation where possible for both process and toolset
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance, Lifecycle Management Framework, and Business Management System
- Determine the need for risk management training of project personnel and arrange for its delivery
- Challenge mitigation and realisation action to drive the risk and opportunity process
- Generate the required Risk & Opportunity reports and statistics and, where appropriate, present them to senior management both internally and to the customer
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Previous experience of risk management principles and practices
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management plans
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- APM or similar qualification or relevant experience

The IT Infrastructure Risk Team:
The Risk Manager assumes a pivotal role in proactively navigating risks, encompassing both threats and opportunities, throughout the Air IM&T organisation.
Their duties entail the diligent implementation and upkeep of the Risk Management Plan, which involves meticulous maintenance of Risk Registers, spearheading mitigation strategies, and facilitating timely escalation when necessary.
