The Opportunity


As an Internal Quality Auditor you will provide assurance that the Company's risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively whilst helping protect assets, improving efficiency in operations, ensuring compliance with laws and statutory regulations and established monitoring procedures.

Key duties and responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for internally auditing the UK and Ireland business, confirming compliance with all relevant procedures, regulations, ISO certification and relevant industry accreditations
  • Responsible for completing a schedule of internal audits with all relevant stakeholders across the UK and Ireland
  • Ensure all preparation, reporting and post audit records are complete, accurate and communicated effectively and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and monitor audit reporting, nonconformance and corrective actions
  • Ensure proactive approach to compliance and regulatory matters
  • Engage with site Operational Teams and Management promoting Quality and Assurance excellence across all areas of the company
  • Participate in Quality and Assurance nonconformance investigations
This role will require travel throughout the UK and Ireland which will include overnight stays.


The Person

Essential:


  • Process driven
  • Confident in communication
  • Computer literate, especially using Microsoft Office
  • Internal Audit Accreditation
  • Full UK Driving License

Desirable:


  • Experience within a construction/ multidisciplinary industry
  • Basic understanding of technical equipment
  • Lead Auditor Accreditation
  • Experience of incident investigation and root cause analysis
