Main Duties:


Your key responsibilities will centre on the management of the staff team on shift, and the delivery of care to those service users living at the service.


  • Protect service users from avoidable harm and abuse.
  • Manage risks (e.g. mobility / behaviour / hygiene) to service users so
they are supported.

  • Ensure care staff provide assistance to the service user group in a
timely manner.

  • Assist in the recruitment procedure (interviewing), in conjunction with
our Human Resource Management team (onboarding admin and

training), and be responsible for mentoring new care staff.

  • Manage the medication process so service users medicines are
received, administered, recorded, and returned correctly.
