Salary - £32,000 - £33,000 plus Company Van and Fuel Card.

Here at Howells, we are working with a leading UK Social Housing Contractor to recruit a skilled and efficient Carpenter Multi Trader to join their team in the Liverpool area working in occupied, and void properties.

Ideally, we are looking for a tradesman who has social housing or domestic repairs/maintenance experience.

We are looking for somebody to join as soon as possible, you will be provided with a company van and PDA.

Skills - Carpentry, Hanging doors, Changing locks, Fitting Kitchen Worktops + Window Repairs, Floor laying , Plumbing and plastering.

This is a full time role with a 40-hour working week, with optional ovetime. You will receive a competitive salary, with overtime paid additionally.
